We are pleased to announce that A+B Werkzeuge Maschinen Handels GmbH from Ahaus has officially merged with Heinz Sanders GmbH. The merger has been entered in the commercial register – with immediate effect, we will be operating jointly under the name Heinz Sanders GmbH.

The history of this successful collaboration dates back to 2020, when Walter Bahr handed over his company to the three managing directors of Heinz Sanders GmbH – Antoon Scholte-Aalbes, Jürgen Suntrup and Hermann Hebbelmann – after more than 33 years of independence. This step was based not only on shared business priorities, but also on a long-standing friendly relationship between the two companies.

The merger now complete, we are combining our expertise as a high-performance specialist wholesaler for machinery, tools, welding and compressed air technology, and industrial supplies. The synergies of this combination will lead to more efficient processes, shorter distances and even closer integration of sales and customer service.

On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, the MEMA network and the EmsAchse plastics network were invited to an exclusive company tour at Heinz Sanders GmbH in Niederlangen.

Around 20 participants had the opportunity to get to know Heinz Sanders and its diverse range of products and services firsthand. The managing directors gave an impressive presentation of the company's history and its current portfolio, which ranges from an extensive range of machines – both used and new – to a focus on metalworking, welding technology, and the supply of industrial equipment. A comprehensive service covering repairs, maintenance, commissioning, and safety inspections makes the offering a truly all-round service. As a certified and trustworthy dealer, Heinz Sanders enjoys a high reputation in the industry.

A highlight was the tour of the two halls in Niederlangen, where the company's wide range of services became visible and tangible. The participants were treated to a special experience when they were allowed to try their hand at making a tool holder. From laser cutting to deburring, grinding, engraving, and edging—all steps were perfectly prepared and ensured a lasting experience.

The event concluded with a cozy get-together and stimulating discussions about the many impressions and exciting topics of the day.

Numerous exhibitors presented their latest large-scale machines and innovations, which aroused great interest among our guests. We at Sanders are proud to have delivered the brand new ERMAK SPEED BEND PRO 4.320 to Busch Rohr- und Metallbau GmbH in Osterwald.

This impressive press brake with a new design offers 320 tonnes of pressing force and a bending length of 4100 mm. Weighing 22 tonnes and featuring modern controls, it is the first machine of this new design to be used in Germany. We were delighted to see the new workwear for the Aurich and Surrounding Area Animal Welfare Association.

Back in December 2023, Heinz Sanders GmbH, Hansa Polytechnik GmbH and Feldhuis Transporte GmbH joined forces to make a financial donation to the animal welfare association. Thanks to this generous donation, the animal welfare association was able to purchase workwear for its employees and volunteers.

We are proud to be able to support important areas of work such as animal welfare in this way.

With the brand new FIBERMAK SM 6000 laser cutting machine from Ermak, the Lammers company can not only work more efficiently in cutting, but even more environmentally friendly. Our managing director Jürgen Suntrup personally handed over the machine to the two managing directors Wilhelm and Gerd Schultalbers and was thus able to take part in the first successful test. We would like to thank them for their trusting cooperation!
