The contracts for the acquisition of A+B Werkzeuge und Maschinen Handels GmbH were already signed in March. The trusting long-term cooperation and the same entrepreneurial focus spoke in favour of the acquisition. From now on, the company will be moving forward with an even larger product portfolio and more manpower. The entire team now consists of about 90 employees, who are located in Papenburg, Niederlangen, Spelle and Ahaus. From now on, a comprehensive all-round service can be offered from the North Sea to the Ruhr area.

Heinz SANDERS GmbH plans to develop a special B2B platform UMsale (used machines sales) for the worldwide distribution of used machines. This B2B platform will make it possible to record used machines in the system when they are checked before purchase and to automatically generate advertisements in the customer portal.
